Pizzica Properties is owned and operated by Anthony Pizzica. Anthony is a trade qualified and QBCC Licensed Carpenter and Builder/Supervisor as well as Pool Safety Certifier. He grew up in the 1980’s on building sites helping his Dad (also a builder) and after completing school in 1993, secured an apprenticeship with well known commercial building company ‘’Baulderstone Hornibrook Pty Ltd’’. He was quickly noticed by his superiors and promoted to “site sub-foreman” in only his third year (still an apprentice). In the early 2000’s Anthony had a break from the construction industry to pursue his other passion - music and instrument building. During this time he traveled throughout Australia performing more than 200 shows per year while also building and repairing guitars for some of the countries biggest stars.... In 2011, after the birth of his first child, he returned to the building industry, working as a self employed/contract carpenter and renovating/developing properties. He currently lives with his wife and two children in Buderim, QLD.



As well as the business owner, Anthony is still very active as the lead carpenter and project manager and has a hand in every job, regardless of its size.

Dan has more than 30 years experience working in different aspects of the construction and maintenance industry. His vast skill set spans beyond carpentry to include painting, plastering, concreting and welding (plus much more) which makes him a valued member of our team. Dan also plays guitar with several professional bands on the sunshine coast.
